Ilyan Berradi is a young leader committed to promoting Morocco and its diaspora. A dual degree student at HEC Paris and Sciences Po, he combines public affairs and international finance to contribute to the Kingdom’s major challenges. As head of the HEC Morocco association, he has organised high-profile conferences with figures such as the Minister of Culture, Youth and Communication Mehdi Bensaid, Abdelmalek Alaoui, Moncef Belkhayat and Driss Benhima, making the campus an essential forum for dialogue on the future of Morocco.
He is also the founder of the Morocco-France Young Leaders Circle, which brings together talented Moroccans from prestigious universities (Polytechnique, ESSEC, CentraleSupélec, HEC, Sciences Po, etc.) and builds bridges between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
Recognised as one of Morocco’s 40 under 40, he embodies an ambitious, creative and action-oriented youth. In line with this dynamic, he co-founded TFT Morocco, a digital media outlet with over 3 million subscribers, which has become a leading platform for promoting Moroccan successes and mobilising the diaspora around the country’s major issues.
